The Reunion of Noodles and Soup

Instant noodle brand Master Kong wanted to push the release of its new instant noodle set – instant fried noodles that come with a side of soup. Traditionally, fried noodles come with a side of soup in China. This begged the question: why hadn’t anyone ever marketed an instant noodle product that pairs these timeless companions?

So, we created two characters, Noodles and Soup, destined to be separated again and again through countless lifetimes, parodying classic love stories. And like any epic love story, we created one heck of a song to go with it. Best of all, we were able to bring their cycle of woe to an end thanks to Master Kong’s unification of noodles and soup.

My role in this project involved concept development and copywriting.
